How long does shipping take?

Shipping is totally free, and we just use USPS, so please be patient.

We have noticed shipping to the West Coast is about 3-days, and the East Coast can take up to 7-days. So, please give us 3 to 7 business days!

Can you ship to another country?

Sorry, but not at this time! maybe in the future.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please immediately contact us and tell us what happened. Photos would be greatly appreciated!

What is the best way to contact Zealous Cases?

We are a small family business and run from our home, so the best way to contact us is definitely the contact form on this page.

Will you offer different phone models?

Yes! Absolutely! We'll scale very slowly though, so please bear with us.

Are the cases work with MagSafe?

It depends on the model! As of November 19th, 2025, we only have MagSafe models.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely!

If the phone case has issues caused by standard use, we will gladly replace it. Please note, we will need to examine the damage to confirm it was from standard use. If it's due to negligence or things other than normal wear and tear, we cannot afford to replace it.
